Website and rental requests
These terms govern use of the TRUCK 123 LLC website and SMS program. Website information is provided to help you inquire about truck rentals. An inquiry or availability request does not confirm a reservation. Vehicle availability, rental dates, pricing, taxes, deposits, eligibility and other conditions must be confirmed with us before a rental is accepted.
The separate rental agreement governs the vehicle rental, including authorized drivers, insurance or coverage, mileage, fuel, permitted uses, pickup, returns, damage, payment and cancellation conditions. Review that agreement before accepting a rental. These website terms do not replace it or create coverage not included in it.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and avoid misuse, fraudulent requests or interference with website operation. Website content may not be copied or used without permission except as permitted by law. Third-party links are governed by their operators' terms.
TRUCK 123 LLC SMS program
With your permission, TRUCK 123 LLC may send text messages about rental inquiries, quotes, booking confirmations, reminders, pickup/return coordination and customer support. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may also send rental promotions and offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies according to your rental activity and subscribed program. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is optional. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting. You must provide a number you own or are authorized to use and notify us if that number changes.
Reply STOP to cancel text messages. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email office@truck123llc.site or call (406) 233-9019. We also accept opt-out requests through those contact methods. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-critical safety communications.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery depend on your carrier, device and network. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and messaging consent.
Email subscription terms
Email offers and rental news require a separate optional subscription. Email frequency varies. You may unsubscribe using the link in promotional emails or contact office@truck123llc.site. Promotional email consent is not a condition of rental. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not prevent us from responding to your rental inquiry or sending necessary non-promotional rental communications. Email consent does not enroll you in text messages, and SMS consent does not enroll you in promotional email. Only provide an email address you are authorized to use.
Website availability and applicable rights
We take reasonable care with website content but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is current. Confirm rental details with our team. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date; changes to messaging purposes require appropriate consent.
